The region's fixed default frequency slot (1-based), or 0 to derive the slot from the primary channel-name hash as usual

Gap at each side of a frequency slot in MHz, from the firmware's region profile (coerces the modem bandwidth up to the region's slot width, e.g. ham 15.625 kHz -> 20 kHz)
