Flow of authentication challenges from the broker during enhanced auth (§4.12).

When MqttConfig.authenticationMethod is set, the broker may send AUTH packets during the CONNECT handshake or at any point during the session. Each challenge is emitted here. Respond by calling sendAuthResponse with the appropriate data.
